Use of personal data

We never pass personal data on to third parties, and we do not collect personal data unless you provide us with such information through registration, participation in a contest, etc. For the latter purposes, we only collect your name, address, zip code, email, age and interests.

Personal information is used to provide the service for which the information was collected. The information is also used to get more familiar with you and other users of the website. These uses may include studies and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies. In addition, they can help us at displaying content and advertising that are customised to your interests and hobbies.

If we have saved incorrect data or if you should have other objections, you can contact us using the same email address. You will be offered the opportunity to gain insight into the information registered about you, and you can object to a registration under the provisions of the Danish Personal Data Protection Act (https://www.retsinformation.dk/forms/R0710.aspx?id=828).

According to the Personal Data Protection Act, personal information is kept secure and confidential. We store your personal information on computers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities, and our security is checked regularly to determine whether our user information is handled securely, and always bearing in mind your rights as a user. We cannot guarantee 100 % security for data transmissions over the Internet. This means that there may be a risk that unauthorized persons gaining access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. Therefore, submitting your personal information remains at your own risk.

Personal information is deleted or made anonymous continuously as the purpose for which it was collected, is fulfilled. Personal information is stored no longer than 12 months after use.

The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may be necessary. We reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for processing of personal data. In case of substantial changes we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our website.

To the extent that we process personal information about you, the Personal Data Protection Act grants you the right to be informed on which personal data can be attributed to you. If it turns out that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to claim these corrected, deleted or blocked. You can always object to the treatment of information about you. You can also at any time revoke your consent. You have the opportunity to complain about the treatment of information and data relating to you. Complaints must be submitted to the Data Protection Agency, pursuant to Section 58, first paragraph, of the Personal Data Protection Act.
